Reservations
Reservations are handled by Acuity Scheduling. The details you submit are used to arrange your event and send confirmation. Acuity and its payment providers process booking and payment information under their own policies.
Website and advertising measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to measure visits, useful actions and submitted appointments. A page view, phone-link click or calendar opening is not treated as a completed appointment.
Our site keeps a random booking reference and limited campaign information, such as Google click identifiers, campaign tags and the landing page path. This helps us compare website sources with bookings. These attribution records are retained for up to 90 days and expired records are removed during subsequent site activity. We do not store your name, email, payment details or full URL in this attribution ledger. Temporary hashed network identifiers help limit abusive requests.
You may turn off website measurement below. Booking will remain available. Global Privacy Control is also respected on this website. If you open Acuity directly, its own tracking and privacy settings apply.
